Can't seem to remove the data warning

I'm not able to remove the data warning notification even when I have turned it off through Data Usage>>Billing Cycle and Data usage>>Set Data Warning. Is this a bug in One UI 5.1? I'm currently using a Samsung M52.

Does anyone know how to remove this check? I have already set screen sleep at 30 mins and yet this shoes up every 10-15 seconds. It happens when I'm playing games btw. How do I remove this?
