Can only submit once. Every other time gives an error message stating already submitted.I have foud the claim number in my notes, luckily.Emailed samsung again but still no answer yet.Vwry strange that I did not receive the confirmation email though ...
Nope. There was a popup with the claim number but I closed the popup thinking it would be sent via email. I have sent mail to samsung.com and they want my claim no... so ja, buggered
