Claim number?

Hiwzit guys.

I submitted my claim for buds but did not save claim number. Where can I get it?

It should of been emailed to the email address you entered when you submitted your claim

Nope. There was a popup with the claim number but I closed the popup thinking it would be sent via email. I have sent mail to samsung.com and they want my claim no... so ja, buggered

you'll still get them as long you got the "congratulations" message

I did get that message as a popup. But no email... will just have to wait it out. Thanks

You should have received an email from Samsung to confirm that they've received your submission with the claim number again. If you haven't received the email shortly after you've submitted the request, I'd submit it again and try again until you get the actual email from Samsung saying that your request is now up for review.

Can only submit once. Every other time gives an error message stating already submitted.
I have foud the claim number in my notes, luckily.
Emailed samsung again but still no answer yet.
Vwry strange that I did not receive the confirmation email though 🤔

Well then... it seems like a bit of a pickle.
Hopefully I get a reply soon enough, even if just to say "sorry, not today"
Then at least I know where I stand.
