The right earpiece in my Buds 3 pro doesn't charge for some reason but when I close the lid, both the ear piece lights turn on. I have removed and cleaned it but it never charge. Anybody else facing the same issue?
Exactly! I replaced the whole buds set three times and still see this issue. I believe the sweat from the buds affects the charging. How come this passed the QC test? This is how the end product will be, if they copy other brands.
I'm facing this issue from the beginning. I took to service center and they replaced all the parts but still seeing the issue. They are replacing it for the 3rd time and still my right side buds gives problem. Very poor quality from Samsung.
