My family using two samsung A10s. One got android 10 & one ui 2 update, but other didn't. why?

Its really irritating.. why samsung is not providing call recording option on J7nxt!!!? It has latest operating system.. but this simple feature is not available!! how hilarious!!where other companies  are providing this feature in low budget phone!!

why doesn't samsung introduce call recordings option?? I think it would be a great idea.. 

in android nogut when i made a call if it is received then the dialing display become half.. I could easily understood that the call has been received..But after upgrading to oreo this system is not available.. only i can understand through seeing wh...
