Went trough hell last time to receive my promised gift. Now three years later and exactly the same situation. Promised a tablet, claimed and now we waiting again for Samsung to come to the party. Poor poor poor service.
I don't know just got off the phone with Crapsung and they seem to don't know either. So we keep on waiting cause they don't answer calls, emails and even their complaints department doesn't seem to care
