Unfortunately I wish you luck on this as you will note this platform is plagued with Samsung's inability to deliver on their promised promotions. I complained on Hellopeter four times before I was even called back. Then I got calls and then its back to radio silence. Its not about the promotion for me anymore its about the principle of Samsung's poor customer service and ethics.
I called the call center 3 times. Sent 3 emails and to date still no response. I call this false advertising and poor poor customer service. its disgusting. I was even going to do the trade up promo but then I was like nah this is going to be a wasted exercise.
They main tactic it's let's ignore them and they will give up. I do think they have false advertising campaigns running to increase sales. And when you bought the phone.... In the words of Ceelo F U.
