It just looks clunky when it appears and looks out of the place. The app screen looks much better when it disappears. Try to redesign the bar.

Even though my orientation is locked to portrait, task switcher gets locked into landscape mode and I have to swipe right to close apps. Auto Rotate is off. This usually happens when I watch videos in YT in full screen.

Anyone seeing apps out of order in the launched? Samsung Health keeps jumping to the start for me even though it should be sorted lexicographically.
