Task Switcher wrong orientation

Even though my orientation is locked to portrait, task switcher gets locked into landscape mode and I have to swipe right to close apps. Auto Rotate is off. This usually happens when I watch videos in YT in full screen.

* Check rebooting your device. 

If the issue still persists, kindly send system log file using Samsung member application i.e. Samsung member BETA app > BETA feedback > Send feedback > Error report > Collect log files > attach.
