I mean many s21 users throughout the world are already on the December update. But I guess we are just a bunch of Africans that don't deserve the same level of service.
Respectfully, that is a very poor attempt at an excuse.We purchase Samsung phones. The onus is on Samsung to make sure the user experience on their devices is satisfactory.
