Pls reverify from the service center, it's free of cost even after warranty is void. They cannot charge customers for software update!

The same issue has resurfaced in my mobile phone after a month on it's own without any software update or any kind of changes. I believe this is a deliberate mischief being played by Samsung with malicious intentions. If they can rectify issues remot...

The service center exec states that the device could go dead while doing so. The next would be that the motherboard needs to be replaced. 
