Many Samsung devices have had problems with the charge even after cleaning port, changing charge adapter and cables etc...Would One UI 7.0 actually fix charge related software bugs or is it likely the problem would remain?

Does anyone know why most phones with type C ports struggle to connect to computer via USB? I needed to transfer files from my computer to the phone but it charges the phone, no option to transfer files etc pops up after plugging USB in.Help!
