One UI 7.0

Many Samsung devices have had problems with the charge even after cleaning port, changing charge adapter and cables etc...

Would One UI 7.0 actually fix charge related software bugs or is it likely the problem would remain?

Depends, the issue of charging is dependent on many this.... but what i know is UI7 will have background optimization which will help improve battery life... Usually making use of the wrong/bad adapter might make it this way and also what I realized was that if you charge another device without super fast charging technology, the adapter sort of steps down to fast charging only. When you try charging the device with super fast charging tech it won't charge at super fast speed until you unplug the adapter and replug it.... it sort of then resets...

I've tried everything, the fast and super fast charging doesn't come on my phone.. I think a couple weeks after updating last year the phone started to give problems.

Instead of fast or super fast, the phone just says charging started when I plug it in..

I charged my one with an exact same device, the other one that still has fast charging working charged 4% for every 1% mine went up.. Some people say factory reset helped them but some people just did the reset for nothing. I don't want to go through the trouble of resetting the phone to see if it will help though

For some device you have to toggle the last charging option on.... which device are you using?

It is on.. A24, I literally plugged another A24 in and it says fast charging but on mine it doesn't... it was fine for roughly a year then stopped... The charge port has not dirt inside so I have no idea what's the issue

The 25W charger gives problems, I plugged on now, it registered and stopped... When it was on, said charging started and 48 mins to full charge and my battery is 71%. When it was showing charging, I went to diagnostics and it said charge speed is normal which is nonsense..

You can also try visiting a service centre, if the problem persists

Is a service centre different to those Samsung stores?

Yes but some stores have service centers too

You can also try using members to show your nearest service center

When clicking on find service centre it shows error 404 not found
