When is the a71 getting the one ui7 am on 6.1 

My fellow Samsung members help me please my phone a23 I restarted it after restart the Sim doesn't work anymore only on wifi calling I tried factory reset, network reset, firmware install nothing works the Sim only works on wifi I don't what to do it...

Has anyone received the ui 6.1 for a23 since I been waiting for the update
