Have you tried using the buds on another device to see if the issue replicates? If it does, then I'd wager the issue is with the buds themselves. We can then try and figure out how to solve it
It looks like you might have the floating camera button setting enabled. Go into your camera app, the go to Settings > Shooting Methods and ensure Floating Shutter button is disabled.
