Voicemail feature is coming in next oneui update of Oneui 8.5 but which phones will get it or not is not fixed now. S series and flip fold series latest devices will get it first for sure. Then after we will see this feature in other phones too.

In new software when you connect usb device you have to choose action what you want to do from the notification bar you can see it. It is not a problem. Samsung improved security.
