i made the diagnosis test for sensors they all failed to work .. i restarted the phone and still not working ..

my screen stays on even when i am talking with someone .. before it used to turn of the screen when i put the mobile when its near my ear .. how can i solve it its annoying

second day from buying s7 edge i got this maleware in my device and websites keep opening randomly .. it is getting very annoying now after 1month of using the device how can i end this .. please help .. as i did download anti maleware from app store...
