my screen stays on even when i am talking with someone .. before it used to turn of the screen when i put the mobile when its near my ear .. how can i solve it its annoying
first , you have to check if the problem is hardware or software by go to the phone and add *#0*# and go to sensor and put you finger above the screen about two cm , if the color of screen not chang you have to go to warranty center, and if it's chang to green then sensor is good , and check if there is any update
