Lock password screen

I need help , my phone after i switch on coz the battery finish, i try to enter my password screen and its not open , knowing i never change the password.

2. If you are using a PIN or pattern, ensure the screen is clean and try again slowly.
3. If the device is connected to the internet and a Samsung account is signed in, you may try unlocking it remotely via Samsung Find My Mobile (if previously enabled):

4. If the issue persists and the password cannot be recovered, a factory reset may be required. Please note that this will erase all data on the device.
