Galaxy SThank you for contacting Samsung Gulf Electronics.
We understand your concern regarding the appearance of green and red lines on the display.
Kindly note that such symptoms usually require a physical inspection to determine the exact cause. Display-related issues may be related to hardware components and are assessed based on the device condition and warranty status.
We recommend performing the following basic checks:
- Restart the device and ensure it is updated to the latest software.
- Test the device in Safe Mode to rule out third-party applications.
If the issue persists, kindly visit the nearest service center for a full diagnosis and cost estimation if applicable:

Galaxy SThank you for your update, and we sincerely apologize that the issue is still not resolved despite trying the suggested steps. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when NFC is required for daily usage and contactless payments.
Since the issue persists after all troubleshooting steps, this may require a deeper software or hardware-level inspection. We kindly recommend visiting the nearest Samsung authorized service center so the device can be properly diagnosed by our technical team:

- Physical condition of the device
- Warranty status
- Service center inspection results
- Regional service policies
- Internal diagnostic findings
Only an authorized Samsung service center can confirm whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage, goodwill replacement, or paid repair after completing a physical inspection and technical diagnosis.
We kindly recommend the following:
- Backup all important data before inspection
