samaung when are you going to provide any update for j5 prime we have paid you 15k for the handset but you people are not listing to you customers this is not done please provise us with an update as soon as possible

yesterday i got nougat update on my j5 prime but after update my device is restarting again ànd again ram is only 9% free even after reset very laggy and it does not reapond do anything samsung
