I think this happens for every samsung smartphone. You can disable auto update in galaxy store, only update the samsung system apps from galaxy store and other apps which you have downloaded from playstore, update those from playstore .

Try to remove previous fingerprints, add new fingerprints with the tempered glass applied, hope this will work 
