I'm trying to open the messages but every time I tap on the messages icon the phone just vibrates and messages app doesn't open, then it shows the very recent text message from status bar

notification badges are not showing after oreo update.I've already restated the phone and turned icon badges off and on the from the settings.

I'm using a Note 8 and I've moved some apps and images to secure folder and they still show, and can be viewed by anyone. how do I hide the images, videos and apps added to the secure folder?can anyone educate me ?
