Hello Samsung, I've been using note 8 from almost 11 months and it's a great phone and value for money. I was having hands on a Redmi note 5 pro this evening and it's front facing camera was easily shooting pictures in portrait mode in even low light conditions which Samsung sometimes can't even do in proper lit conditions as it tells you to put the subject within 50 cms and doesn't work in low light. I suggest you to give a software update for front facing camera IF POSSIBLE, as a budget smartphone from Redmi is clicking pictures better than a premium smartphone from Samsung in such conditions and without much hassle.
