Need better portrait mood in next update

we have faith about samsung. that samsung makes the best camera picture quality and features from others.. but samsung i can't understand why didn't samsung make better portrait mood than others . s8 camera takes the better natural pic from other devices ....but in portrait mood normal midrange phone can beat the best S series flagship s8 .. this is so embarrassing....iphone , pixel ,huawei, lg even xiaomi can take nice blur effect in the background.. but samsung there is too bad..
#main problem is -----
1.The short of range.
2. focus doesn't work well in manual focus mood.
3. Can not make accurate and perfect blur.
4. no option for the measurement of blur manually like note 8 has.

Hope community is a place where we share our problem and they work for that...hoping ext update this problem will be solved ....

ow realy!!!! so please explain and tell us how you have taken great pirtrait pictures in s8..share with us that your education can solve many member's problem.. also it helps to know samsung that their software can work far better what they know.. and its only works in your phone..

For that background blur you need a phone with dual camera setup , it isn't possible with S8 or S8+ as they have single lens. Maybe a third party app would work for you. Google pixel 2 and 2 XL are the first and only ones to be able to perform it with single lens.

google makes that possible by their well software processing.. hope samsung can do it .. cause s8 or s8 + contains dual pixel lense so it is possible by making good software processing by good use of dual pixel lense
