Hi, claimed my free Buds and Smartag last week Friday already but still waiting for confirmation email. The Samsung Care+ part of the promotion was done a day later and received proof of cover within 2 days.
Courier just delivered ear Buds and tag....was not contacted to confirm colour so now have pink phone and black Buds. Not happy.....suppose should just be greatful it finally arrived
ok but how are they going to know where to send the goods? Surely we should also be able to choose the colour of the Buds. Or is it a case of take what you are sent
