I go through my service provider directly and it's way less Hassel than going through samsung

I got mine via courrier on about 5 days after I upgraded my phone. but now I'm waiting for the item I purchased with my Samsung members voucher.

I claimed my one thousand rand voucher and purchased a wireless charging unit and I never received an email with a referance number and prior to writing this comment I wrote to samsung asking them where the item was as it hasn't arrived yet
