After upgrade to android 12 one ui 4.1 in my device M31Now newer version android 12 consume high bettery, im not getting proper bettery backup like before android 11 one ui 3.1

My phone software download stucked and showed notification from last 7 days not increase a single mb size

I'm recently known about Knox security but how can I get this in my device?

When I charge my phone sometime I notice that my phone + charger both getting hitting .  I'm using Samsung m31 and using inbuilt box official charger. Can you anyone help me about. How to solve this issue. Thanks 
