downloading stuck

The latest update in Samsung m30s made all the downloading speed UI stuck like hell. Google play updates, galaxy store all stocks or takes the entire life time to update even if the wifi is only connected with only my phone, (tried restarting the phone as well as the wifi still the same result) above picture is  an example to show the size 336mb to download showing estimated time of more than 2hrs which ridiculous.

Also while posting this it still gives and error for which the the screenshot is also added.

Already connected with wifi and mobile data still giving internet connection error more than 10 times before posting.

first pause
off ur net
then on and resume

nice, already tried pausing changing network, restarting nothing works
