Phone Hitting issue in charging time

When I charge my phone sometime I notice that my phone + charger both getting hitting 🙃.  I'm using Samsung m31 and using inbuilt box official charger. Can you anyone help me about. How to solve this issue. Thanks 😊🙏

once remove mobile cover, and put mobile from display side while on charge and observe

Do you mean heating? If yes, then it is normal for the device and charger to heat up while charging, but it should not get too hot. If its getting too hot that you cannot hold your phone in your hand, then contact service center.
