Is there any way to restrict data/internet usage (both foreground and background data) of selected apps ?I am new to Samsung M21, previously was using Honor's phone where it had an option in settings to restrict data and wifi usage for selected apps.

I bought Samsung M21 yesterday.I wanted to make a direct video call via default Phone app. But it doesn't work. The video call gets converted to audio call.Is it some kind of bug ? Or something to do in the settings ?
