Video call problem with Samsung M21

I bought Samsung M21 yesterday.

I wanted to make a direct video call via default Phone app. But it doesn't work. The video call gets converted to audio call.

Is it some kind of bug ? Or something to do in the settings ?

which sim do you used? and you both on same network?

I dialed from Jio to Airtel network. Both devices had 4G VoLTE connections.

so first check in home network (jio to jio) and lets see if jio to jio work well then may be because jio to other, and the person to whom you call tell him to try from his side to make sure

Video call problem with Samsung M21
Whenever i do video call (whats app video call more specifically), after 10 mins it will automatically disconnects with a pop up msg saying " video call disconnected b'cus of over heating ".
Am i the only 1 facing this problem?
Can someone suggest any solution?
