Good news for every m51 user. Samsung has enabled the support of Samsung pay mini for galaxy m51. It is not available in galaxy if you search for it but I am attaching a link that will take you to the download page.

This app is useless. It's just another UPI app. Honestly, Google Pay is way better than this with NFC payment support for Visa cards.

Google pay is one of the wrost application for upi payment, highest fail ratio plus it takes longest time to proceed. Fasted and also high uptime is Paytm then Phonepe, Amazon pay and others.

Really? I hardly faced transaction failure in Google Pay. Anyway, when there are so many apps that focus on UPI payment, why does Samsung have to add another mediocre UPI app to the list? They can easily integrate the other wallets like they did with Paytm and Mobikwik. Samsung is capable of so much more.

Because everyone wants data. When their customers will use samsung pay mini/pay, it will generate data regarding spend habits etc. Which will be used by them for other products/tie up with other financial services etc. Basically data is new oil.

For that, you need to have a huge amount of data, which I don't think Samsung Pay Mini would be able to gather in India. Why would people use Samsung Pay Mini? There are a crapload of much better apps available. One distinct feature of Samsung Pay Mini is pitch black mode.

You do realise that samsung pay are also available in other countries right. There they use either local equivalent of upi or credit card. Also samsung has marketshare of like 22-25% , that's a lot of users. Even 100 million users data sample are very large, along with other countries (samsung is number 1 in Android outside China), well that's lot of data.

That's Samsung Pay full version. If they bring that kind of integration(credit / debit cards with NFC) to Samsung Pay Mini, then it can become a gamechanger.
