In my samsung s23 running on one ui 6.1 hdr not supported in netflix..why???Mid range phone supported hdr but premium phone not..Why this samsung??

Previously i am using oneplus phone .Now i am using samsung s23 .I am happy with this but a little disappointment with faceunlock.S23 is a flagship device of samsung but faceunlock as not fast as oneplus devices.Kindly improve in that matter. 

Please tell me about new features of one ui 2.1.Does samsung s10 lite got one ui2.1 update in India.
