Hanging and Restarting Issue is a Scam...?!!

Really frustrated with this issue. I am Facing this Hanging and Restarting issue for 1 month and still facing this issue

As a Moderator, I have shared so many links to the admin. I sent my Device Logs to the Tech Team but they said that its a Hardware issue and they advised me to visit service centre.

If I visit centre, they will advise me to change motherboard which will cost around 8500 including tax and service charges.

As I observed most of device facing this hanging and Restarting issue are Galaxy M30s, M31, M31s, A50, A50s, A51.

My view :

As they said it is a Hardware issue, How this issue happend for all the users at the same time...!!!!

The Most Common thing in Galaxy M30s, M31, M31s, A50, A50s and A51 is Exynos 9610 and 9611 

Think About It.......!!!!!

Already I have shared my Log to Tech team and R&D analysis suggests it to be a Hardware issue and advised me to visit service centre

So don't waste your time in comments and take the next step to slove this issue

We don't have next step. Warranty period is just over. We cam only advise other people and family member to not purchase any samsung product in future

Right. The key word here is 'any'. I've recently bought a Samsung air conditioner which turned out to be defective. I've filed a complaint in the week after installation. The service center team couldn't diagnose the issue then. Now, they tell me that the 30d replacement period is over and that they'd only repair. They've attempted repairs for over 3 months and at least a 10 house visits but have failed to solve it completely.
Now they tell me that they'd have to move the unit to their service center. I'm now filing a complaint with a consumer court - at least I've got documented evidence for this.

A legal campaign for the phone on the other hand is pointless, because they're refusing service for out of warranty devices and the sales figures for the Samsung devices aren't that great as, say, the iPhone (the battery controversy).

I am going to file if they don't do something..

Because it's not my mistake.. my device restarted in front of my eyes.. and didn't boot up... sti showing samsung logo and not showing anything more. Its totally scam . Let's report together...

Hey , I almost had the same issue with samsung logo just staying on the bootscreen. I took it to a local shop and repaired the storage chip. Issue solved no data loss

I guess my problem is due to a particular 3rd party app ....cause whenever. . I leave it in the background and after some time i click it ..my phone switch off and restarts......

Am using M30S, restart problem is occurring since 10-June-2021.
