Community GuidelinesI'm telling you some steps which you can try before moving to the service center. At first try wipe cache partion for a single time to remove any bugs from the last update. If it still doesn't work then go for a hard reset. I wish after this you'll get the lag free and better experience. Otherwise you just need to move Samsung care and ask them to degrade the software.
