It's a scam. Fot many users including me it happens after warranty period over.Samsung care will told you to change motherboard which is approx 80% of phone price.
Never buy any Samsung product in future. as well try to stop relatives and friends to buy any samsung product.MI is best option in mobile.We only bought samsung because it is made in india. But they don't deserve it.
