Hanging problem in A71

My phone is hanged while receiving a call.

It gets restarted and shows serious software issue detected and it keeps notifying time to time...

Ise ma software update issues lagta ho to aap ko near service center jana padega kyu ki is me se old software delete kr ne naya software install kr denge or aap apna phone deta recovery kr ke jaye plz

I was having such a issue in my device. You should wait Samsung will send updates for resolve this issue.
