The document scanner in A36 5G is not able to detect documents. I am facing this issue from a month or 2.Please help if anyone knows how to solve it.

I think Samsung should provide director mode in A36 5G as it can be used well by everyone ie recording someone and also recording self.Please make it possible in next beta or major update.

Yes,there is no green line

There is no green line or any kind of issues like that just this document scanner issue which was also there before this update.

No,The feature was very good until it was working properly before 1-2 months because I used it regularly but now it just can't detect it.Anyways Thanks for the advice.
