My scanner stopped working.. There is a message showing error and says the mobile need to restart i did it twice its works for some time but then stops.

my battery needs 5 hours to charge after updating

After updating to nogat my s7 needs 5 hours to fully charge.. Please i need solution for this. Im very disappointed

when Samsung will solve this problem..they offered me free level u headset but I can't use it..I'm so disappointed.
