It's just the preview. Don't worry about it. Camera does not process much while we preview the photos in camera. And the thing with one ui 4.1, I'm not so sure about it I'm using a 6y/o s7 edge :(
Try restarting your phone. It's the most I can think about. The other way I know is maybe going to your settings and clear unnecessary cache or stuff like that.
