Suddenly my s20+ screen has started flickering and showing a green tint screen in between. It keeps on happening multiple times. Is there any solution for this??

While on call/videocall the microphone goes off for about 30-40secs and same is the case with speaker when listening to any songs or using any ott apps. This issue was not there until I had updated. Any solution for this??
