Try disabling Samsung AI for Calls. But with mine set with AI call assist, I am not getting any such issues. As all issues you described are call related, you may also wish to rule our carrier issues. (Im on S25U on One UI8 installed as OTA update)
Its heating up after the Update. Revert back to original firmware by flashing it using Odin. I resolved this issue by employing this trick. Now I am skipping this update altogether
