I think My nearest samsung service centers are having unprofessional and untrained staff, and I see they even don't have proper equipment to disassemble device
check your setting for autatic restart, if it is on turn it off.or if your phone is getting restart if automatic restart is off, then there is a problem that update is not being installed correctly in your phone, you have to factory reset your phone ...
