To day again checking update, but same. Why Google not pushing latest system update time to time???

It's one ui 5.0 based android 13,but no highlights...why..?after update then check android version is 13.every Samsung mobile one ui 5.0 based android 13 mention on top.but my Samsung f13 no mention.

I have long time wetting for Android 13,finally got it.but one of most unique features messing.That means "voice focus".Dear Samsung please give me the "voice focus" features another update,soon as possible. Thanks.
