I am unable to access the call recording feature on my Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite. I thought that the call recorder may be hidden somewhere but I tried switching off the Wi-Fi calling feature and then tried again but I can't find the call recording feat...

One UI 2.1 update for S10 lite has been released 3-4 weeks back in Europe. When will the update be released in Qatar?. And why is Goodlock app not available in Qatar?
