Call recording on S10 Lite

I am unable to access the call recording feature on my Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite. I thought that the call recorder may be hidden somewhere but I tried switching off the Wi-Fi calling feature and then tried again but I can't find the call recording feature. Please if someone knows about it let me know

open your phone app and tap on 3 dots above dialer and you will see recording settings

From where you bought your device

as this feature is country specific,some country doesn't allow call recording(due to privacy issues/policies)

I bought it from qatar but currently in India using with Airtel sim

why is that? does other region samsung phone not support call recording?
