Does anyone has recived samsung notes latest version 4.0, i havd recived it but after resetting my device it rolled back to 3.3 and now shows your app is uptodate

If we take a photo in pro mode and put Shutter speed more than 4 it shows camera faild.. an even after resetting camera it doesn't solved it.This is a video n screenshot for the same. If anyone facing same problem let me know or it's only me.
