A71 camera pro mode

If we take a photo in pro mode and put Shutter speed more than 4 it shows camera faild.. an even after resetting camera it doesn't solved it.

This is a video n screenshot for the same. If anyone facing same problem let me know or it's only me.

Once Restart your device, update to latest software and if problem continues than contact samsung customer care on WhatsApp 180057267864

Yes. It is known issue in A71 after UI 2.1 update.
Wait for fix in next update.

Same here I cannot use 1sec to 10sec shutter speed
