Welcome... member.
List of Green line Issue faced by Customer nd not get free repair.
Here I tried my best to make it unite.
More than 40 people r facing this issue... on this new year.
Everyone should get free repairs
Those who know how to make complaint to NCH pls left a comment of step by step🙏🙏.(i will pin ur comment, it will save money of lot of people here )

Me too, facing issue on my s21 plus ....samsung is a **bleep**...when it comes to free replacement

At present i am using an S22 Ultra ,bought directly from samsung online shop.Since i was that much excited with the S series,i bought my device by prereserving the same.

I am handling my device with that much of care, it is been 21 months since i bought my S22 Ultra. I does not have, even a single scratch or dent and i am using this device with genuine samsung flip cover. After a software update at December 2023 which was released by samsung my device was having heating issue. Yesterday evening while unlocking the phone i saw a green vertical line on my phone's display.

Today I went to a nearby samsung authorised service center at Statue, trivandrum to show my phone, after examinging the phone the customer care person confirmed and admitted that my device was looking extremely good with no dent or scratches. But they said that, they are unable to fix my phone with free of cost even if the display green line issue was not occured due to my fault, and said that the free fixing of green line on display issue was stopped by Samsung on Dec 31st 2023.

To do it in free of cost, by them. The company shall have to give an update on the same to Service center. The purchase invoice date of my device is 06.03.2022

It's disheartening that Samsung denied my request for assistance. They mentioned that the green line issue on the phone might only be eligible for free repair if it's still under warranty.

Did you have any luck? I also got green line issue on my S22 today.
And like you, I had purchased during prerelease.

m52 5g the phone i am using have 4 to 5 different color line after the update i have register complain they are saying to change display which cost 6700 ...they have no guarantee same issue may arries or not display guarantee only for 3 months....am never going to buy samsung phone in future...horrible service...

Same here,my s22 ultra got green line issue.samsung refusing to do for free of cost
